What kind of services do you offer?

Atlas Fitness offers a comprehensive range of services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Designed for individuals, companies and even professional athletes, our platform allows you to access online classes, a wide variety of training programs, one-on-one/group training sessions (for users based in Stockholm) and even online appointments for tailor made training and nutrition plans. The platform evolves every day and new features are integrated constantly! Stay tuned!

What types of programs do you offer?

We offer a variety of programs and classes to suit different goals and fitness levels. Our programs include strength training, cardio workouts, flexibility and mobility training, HIIT, yoga, and even Prehab/Rehab!

Can I access Atlas Fitness from any device?

Yes, you can access our platform from any device with an internet connection, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones but for a better experience, we highly recommend you to use a computer/laptop.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a free trial period of 7 days for new users to try out our platform before any commitment.
