One membership

One monthly rate. Come as often as it suits you.

Two rhythms, one schedule and one simple monthly membership. Choose the one that fits your week, and change it whenever your week changes.

Three mornings a week

Around thirteen sessions each month.

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.00am

Around eight sessions each month.

  • Any two of the three mornings, as your week allows
  • Enough to build real strength and keep it

Assessed every month

An assessment at the beginning of each month, so everyone can see what the work is actually doing and your progress is tracked rather than guessed.

Through the holidays

Training does not stop for the holidays. When the sessions pause we hand you a written programme, so you keep going and come back exactly where you left off.

What to expect

Everyone is welcome. Nobody is left behind.

You do not need to be fit to start. Every movement has a version that suits you.

Come as you are. We will take it from there.

One hour, outdoors

Warm up, strength and conditioning, then time to stretch. You leave worked, not wrecked.

Every level, same session

Beginners and athletes train side by side, each scaled by the coach.

We bring everything

Equipment arrives with the coach. Bring water, a mat and your positivity.

Vetted personally by the founder, as for any private client.

For yachts, villas and hotels.

About the sessions.

Where and when does group training happen in Antibes?

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.00am, outdoors on the seafront in Antibes. The exact meeting point is confirmed with you when you join.

Do I need to be fit to join?

No. Every movement has a version that suits you, chosen by the coach on the day, so beginners and athletes train in the same session.

How does the membership work?

One monthly rate. Come three mornings a week, which is around thirteen sessions a month, or two mornings a week, which is around eight. You can change between the two as your week changes.

Does it stop over the holidays?

No. Training runs right through them. When the sessions pause we hand you a written programme to keep going, so you come back exactly where you left off.

How is my progress tracked?

There is an assessment at the beginning of each month, so everyone can see what the work is doing rather than guessing at it.

What should I bring?

Water, a mat, trainers and something you can move in. All the equipment arrives with the coach.

Is it in English or French?

Sessions are coached in English and French, which suits the international community in Antibes.
